Whippoorwill Crafts is a small shop. The owner, Karen Hohler, and a staff of three people run the store, the website, and the office. That's good in that you can speak directly to the owner if you have a question. That's bad in that there is not a customer service representative at the telephone 24 hours a day nor is there always someone in the office. We ask that you leave us messages that we can retrieve when we get back to the office. The best way is through e-mail.
