Shipping ChargesOur products are so varied in size and weight, and our customers come from all over the world, so that it is impossible to specify shipping charges on the web site. To be fair to you and us, we would prefer to charge you what it really costs. What we do, therefore is charge you the actual fee from the UPS chart plus $6.00. The $6.00 covers the UPS pick-up fee not included in the chart fee, the credit card fees and supplies. If you would like, we can estimate the charges ahead of time or let you know the actual when we ship. Tell us by e mail your preference. Please be assured that we will do everything possible to balance the safe packing of your purchase with the most economical way to ship.

DeliveryRemember that everything we sell at Whippoorwill Crafts is hand made. That means that it's made by a real person who eats, sleeps, occasionally gets ill and even has the audacity to go on vacation once in awhile. Nothing is ready made, in a box, in a warehouse waiting for you to order. We will do our best to fill orders quickly. When there is a delay we will notify you by e-mail.
ReturnsCrafts are items that you need to feel touch and experience. They are an esthetic adventure. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the store we have always had a liberal return policy which will not change because we are doing business over the web. We ask that you follow these steps:
- Return the unwanted item within 45 days of receipt to Whippoorwill, Franklin St., Boston,MA 02110
- Make sure you include your name and address in the box with the returned merchandise.
- Wrap and package the merchandise with the same care that it came to you. Much of the work is fragile and it must be in saleable condition for us to accept it back for a return.
- Insure the contents.
